Raw materials such as natural and synthetic rubber, carbon black, and other chemicals are mixed and processed to create rubber compounds. These compounds form the basis for different components of the tire, ensuring optimal strength, flexibility, and durability.
The prepared rubber compounds are shaped and layered into the tire structure. This includes forming the inner liner, body plies, belts, beads, and tread. The layers are carefully assembled on a tire-building machine to achieve the desired structure and specifications.
The assembled tire is vulcanized (cured) in a press under heat and pressure to bond the layers together and give the tire its final shape, tread pattern, and elasticity. Each tire undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets industry standards for safety, durability, and performance.
